Great hotel, very kind staff from the top managers, everything was wonderful. Amazing building and rooms with 2 queen beds. Heated pool, parking on site. By the way, parking fee - usd 30 per day. Location just off the centre of Aspen, the most beautiful areas of Aspen, and all the nice restaurants around town. Nearby Meat & Cheese - great place to chill out.

Wonderful place but the cancellation policy is onerous. I had an emergency which forced me to leave a day early, and that resulted in a 100% forfeiture of my money for that night. I would certainly warn others about this policy.

I booked a king size bed, but on arrival they "upgraded" us to two double beds with more room. I said I really preferred the king size bed that I reserved, and I was told that they were sorry but there wasn't one available. The "upgraded" room was so hot as we couldn't turn off the heat. We had to open the windows and listen to the loud roof units all night. When checking out the next morning, I was asked about our stay. I told her the problems, and I was only told that they were sorry for our inconvenience.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and kind, great customer service though the hotel itself is quite outdated. They should use more decorations to warm up the place and also improve the pool area , there us a direct acces from the street into the pool area which I found a bit strange everybody could walk in ...

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of town, making it convenient to explore all that the area has to offer. The cozy rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing impeccable service and catering to every need. Although breakfast is not mentioned, I imagine it is served in the exquisite restaurants offering a variety of cuisine. Additionally, the stunning views of the surrounding mountains add an extra touch of tranquility to the experience.
One disappointment was the lack of accessible facilities for disabled guests.
